NERC invite applications for the 2009 Environment YES competition workshop.
Introduction
Environment YES (Young Entrepreneurs Scheme) is an innovative scheme for researchers working in natural environmental sciences. Its aim is to increase the level of entrepreneurial awareness in the environmental science community. More general overview of our funding schemes and processes
Key dates
The closing date is 17 June 2009.
A briefing session will be held on 18 August 2009 in Nottingham.
The Environment YES workshop will take place in Oxford on 14-16 October 2009.
The London final will be held on 14 December 2009.
Eligibility
Environment YES is aimed at individuals who are in the early stages of their research career, for example PhD students or those working on their first or second post-doctoral research appointment. They should be working in the environmental sciences.
