Transferring knowledge on Domestic Tradable Quotas (DTQs)
a knowledge exchange case study
Domestic Tradable Quotas (DTQs) is an innovative, economic instrument to help nations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions arising from energy use.
A range of participants from government, parliament, business, trade associations, think tanks and academia, attended a workshop in 2005. This event enabled knowledge about DTQs to be transferred to the end users and they in turn provided feedback.
