Centre for Evidence-Based Conservation (CEBC)
a knowledge exchange case study
This centre reviews scientific evidence which has been provided to answer specific questions raised by decision-makers from the conservation and environmental sectors.
These systematic reviews follow a methodology that has been modified from one originally established within health care research. The centre aims to investigate the effectiveness of a diverse variety of actions, from practical site management to national and international policy. It widely disseminates these reviews and is a useful tool for policy and decision-makers.
