Membership

Membership of the Group will be decided by Director of Science Delivery. It will include Head of National Marine Facilities Sea-Systems, the Head of Operations and Logistics at BAS, a representative from NERC Swindon Office and at least one representative from a UK higher education institution, NERC research and collaborative centres, and at least two representatives with appropriate operational expertise (eg NERC's barter partners).

Members, other than ex-officio members will be invited to serve for a term of up to three years with a maximum extension of a further two years. The Chairman will serve for a maximum of three years.
