Cape Verde Observatory

The UK SOLAS Cape Verde Atmospheric Observatory is a high-quality international facility that provides atmospheric composition data for use by both UK SOLAS scientists and the wider international SOLAS community, and which aims to provide a regional focal point and long-term data context for SOLAS field campaigns.

Finale event

The findings of SOLAS research on the connections between ocean and atmosphere, and its crucial role in determining marine productivity, air quality and the global climate, were presented and discussed during the programme finale event on 23 March 2010.
