June 2012 - Draft report reviewed by Expert Group and NERC
July 2012 - Report available for community comments via web consultation
Mid September 2012 - Final report submitted to NERC
8 October 2012 - RATE programme brokerage workshop and RATE programme Announcement of Opportunity
13 November 2012 - Outline bid closing date
5 February 2013 - RATE programme full bid closing date
May 2013 - RATE programme announcement of awards
