Data Management
The Post Genomics & Proteomics programme uses a specialised data centre, the NERC Environmental Bioinformatics Centre (NEBC), to provide comprehensive bioinformatics and data management solutions to the programme's researchers.
The NEBC is a partnership between the Centre for Ecology & Hydrology (Oxford), the University of Manchester and Agilent Technologies.
The programme offers all awardees training. Information on training courses available can be found on the NEBC website. The site also has links to mailing lists for the post-genomics and proteomics community, and other interested parties. You can join the mailing lists by emailing the NECB Helpdesk.
