Can I apply for a grant?
The majority of funds for this programme are committed, however, there is an ongoing support opportunity through the Strategic Ocean Funding Initiative (SOFI) Workshop Fund for workshops and similar events that assist the development of UK marine strategic research, through closer linkages between the Oceans 2025 programme, university research and research users.
Budget
Oceans 2025 will receive approximately £120m from NERC over five years.
