Environmental Nanoscience Initiative
Annual science meeting
18 September 2011
Natural History Museum, London
The annual joint UK-US Environmental Nanoscience Initiative science meeting will take place on Sunday 18 September 2011 (14:00-18:00 GMT), and is kindly hosted by the Natural History Museum in London.
This will precede the 6th International Conference on the Environmental Effects of Nanoparticles and Nanomaterials
which starts on Monday 19 September at the Royal Society.
The meeting will provide an opportunity for the funded consortia to report on scientific progress, present their research highlights, to share information and build links between the projects.
There will be presentations from each of the three UK-US awarded Environmental Nanoscience Initiative consortia, with time for questions and discussion after each consortium presentation and a plenary session at the end.
Since this meeting will focus on the science, we would like to extend an invitation to anyone attending the subsequent conference to attend, and in particular NERC nanoscience grantees, in order to maximise the opportunity for networking and communication.
Please use our online registration form to register for the event.
The registration deadline is 31 August 2011.
Places are limited; priority will be given to researchers funded by the Environmental Nanoscience Initiative initially, and then on a first-come first-served basis. The draft agenda can be found below.
