Announcement of Opportunity
Knowledge exchange small grants

The University of Nottingham is hosting an Earth observation (EO) knowledge exchange project, funded under the NERC Technology Clusters programme.

The aim of the EO cluster is to promote communication regarding state-of-the-art technology used in EO of the land surface. Funding is available to support knowledge exchange activities, such as workshops, demonstrations and seminars, in thematic or priority areas of terrestrial EO.

EO practitioners are invited to apply for small grants to support knowledge exchange activities in specific terrestrial EO themes. A total fund of £15k is available to support between three and five themes. Applicants should submit a two-page outline of a terrestrial EO theme to EOTechCluster@nottingham.ac.uk by 5 April 2010.

Please see the Announcement of Opportunity document below for full details of the call.
