Staff development
NERC believes in training and developing its staff and invests heavily in their continued development.
A range of formal training is provided from several sources. Shared Service Centre Ltd will continue to provide similar training to our former in-house service.
The four wholly-owned research centres and Swindon Office
are all accredited by Investors in People.
